Due to the declaration of a state of emergency, we will be closed from April 25 to May 31.
We will not be able to start our next reservation until further notice.
We ask for your cooperation in putting a mask on and disinfecting with alcohol when visiting the restaurant.
Requests for reservations made by direct visits or inquiries by phone mail cannot be handled, so please check with OMAKASE.
For those who have already visited Sawada before, please make a reservation through OMAKASE as well. Thank you for your understanding.
We're sorry but chef Sawada doesn't speak English fairly well so that we can't give you a detailed explanation about the meal.

Please note that the restaurant is a small restaurant with only 6 seats and that the dishes are prepared only according to the reservation time, so please understand the following points and make a reservation.
If you are making a reservation, please inform the attendees of the following:
■ Ingredients and allergies
・If you have a wide range of allergies or dislikes (shellfish, crustaceans, blue-backed fish, sea urchin, tuna, raw fish, shellfish, etc., make up the majority of the course).
We will not be able to accept your reservation.
・ Please note that gluten-free is not supported.
・ Please write about allergic ingredients that you don't like when you make a reservation.
■ Precautions and prohibited matters regarding visits
・Please make sure that you visit with the person who has made the reservation.
Please make sure that you visit the restaurant in person, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
・ Please come to the store with all the number of people you have reserved.
・ The time is about 2 hours at noon and about 2 and a half hours at night.
・ The amount of courses is relatively large. Please make a reservation only for those who can eat one course. We are unable to respond to minor requests.
Dinner, 10 tsumami and 13-15 nigiris.
・ Please refrain from visiting the store with perfume or scented hairstyling because it will be a nuisance to other customers. Please note that you may be refused entry.
・ Photo shooting and video shooting by any types of phones are prohibited.
・ If you want to write notes such as food, please do it below the counter.
・ Reservations cannot be accepted for other sushi chefs.
・ We're sorry but it is difficult to manage wheelchair customers due to the structure of the building.
・ Chartered reservations are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
■ About lateness, cancellation, change
・ After making a reservation, the change of guest number and reservation day will never be accepted for any reason.
・ We cannot accept sudden changes in the number of people on the day.
・ Please make a reservation after confirming the reservation date and number of people.
・ The course starts all at once. It is not possible to enter the store earlier than the reservation time.
・ Please come to the restaurant on time.
・ If you are late for more than 15 minutes, we will cancel your reservation.
・ The number of items may be reduced if you are late or leave the store during the course.
・ Please note that even if the number of people changes, it will be treated as a cancellation.
・In addition, cancellation of the factors described above is also the customer's obligation to pay the cancellation fee.
