We approach the ingredients carefully selected with our own philosophy, valuing the seasons in the present. All of the dishes and spaces we create are based on our concept.
We do not limit ourselves to mere local production for local consumption, but resonate with the land of Ishikawa Prefecture and send a new future from Kanazawa to the world.
・Lunch and dinner start at 12:00 and 18:00 respectively, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
・All seats will start at the same time. Please note that if you are late for the start time, you will be forced to start halfway through the course.
・The course duration is approximately 2.5 hours. Please note that if you have a specific return time, you may be asked to leave during the course.
・Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or foodstuffs that you and your guests have difficulty with in the “Allergy” column when you make a reservation. If you have a wide range of allergies or food allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation. In such cases, the cancellation policy will still apply and the customer will be responsible for cancellation fees.
・We are unable to accommodate guests with a wide range of food restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, dairy allergies, etc.) or extensive allergies/phobia that may affect more than two items in a course. Please understand this in advance.
