Yakitori Hinata

We mainly serve yakitori with the deep flavor of Hyogo Prefecture's Matsukaze Jidori chicken, which is produced in extremely small quantities.
In particular, the Matsukaze Jidori Rare Parts Course offers a unique yakitori experience, including only one or two skewers from each chicken and, depending on the season, a comparison of male and female skewers.
We also offer a variety of beverages, including Burgundy wines.

Reservation rules

*If more than 30 minutes elapses from the start time of your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please understand this in advance.
*Please be sure to inform us of any allergies in advance, including those of the person making the reservation and those accompanying the guest. Extensive allergies or food allergies will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy.
*Please let us know in advance if you have a particular aversion to chicken entrails or meat with skin on. We will not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
*Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or eau de cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*Please note that we are unable to assign seats (corner seats at the counter, seats at the end of the restaurant, etc.).
*As a general rule, the seating time is limited to 2 hours. Please understand this in advance.
