We mainly serve yakitori with the deep flavor of Hyogo Prefecture's Matsukaze Jidori chicken, which is produced in extremely small quantities.
In particular, the Matsukaze Jidori Rare Parts Course offers a unique yakitori experience, including only one or two skewers from each chicken and, depending on the season, a comparison of male and female skewers.
We also offer a variety of beverages, including Burgundy wines.
