Restaurant introduction

Aurochs" is the name of the source breed of domestic cattle in existence.
Although the wild breed is extinct, its lineage has been passed down through the generations to the present Wagyu black cattle and Angus cattle.
We want to convey the true taste of meat that people today don't know."
The name of our restaurant, "Aurochs," is a reflection of this prayer.

Each dish is prepared with heart and soul by Kazune Ito, the owner of the restaurant.
