Restaurant introduction

The store is quietly located behind a building in a residential area of the city.

The interior of the store is new, but we have used antiques and antique furniture to keep it from being too bright in places.

The counter is made of a single piece of Kiso cypress that is over 300 years old.

For nigiri, we use rice from contracted farmers, two kinds of shari (rice balls) with three kinds of vinegar, and fish and shellfish from markets all over Japan and Toyosu.

We also have a variety of seasonal garnishes to make you feel the season.

We look forward to serving you.

Reservation rules

■Late arrivals, cancellations, and changes
・If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.
・Please be sure to arrive well in advance.
・Please understand that cancellations due to any of the above reasons will be subject to a cancellation fee.
・If you are late for the start time, we may not be able to serve a portion of the course.

■Please refrain from using perfume or strong-scented hair styling products in the restaurant, as they may disturb other customers.

■In-store photography, word of mouth, etc.
・Please refrain from taking photos of both food and non-food items in the restaurant.
・Please refrain from taking pictures in the restaurant. Please understand that we do not allow word-of-mouth posting on social networking sites such as Google and food logs.

■Please check your reservation reminder email for the restaurant address.
