On the occasion of September 20, the anniversary of the death of Yuki Onishi, the founder of “Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta” who revolutionized the ramen world, we will hold a special event titled 【Dear my friend 2024 -歩-】 together with “Tomita” and “Iida Shouten”, who were close friends of Yuki Onishi.
This year's theme is“歩”.
The three restaurants, which continue to pursue the infinite possibilities of ramen, will offer a course of one-of-a-kind dishes that express their hopes for the future together.
Creativity and originality that transcend the boundaries of ramen.
Yuki Onishi has created new flavors time and again.
His passion is still deeply engraved in our hearts.
September 20 is a day for many people to share their feelings for Onishi.
