This year marks the 25th anniversary of my career as a sushi chef, and I have opened Sushi Muto in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, to fulfill my long-held desire to share the excellence of Japanese fish and carefully selected ingredients with my customers.
Nihonbashi, which once flourished as a culinary capital centering on the fish market, is now a town that looks forward to a new rebirth while preserving its traditions.
We will provide warm hospitality with a relaxed atmosphere and our own personalities so that our customers can spend their precious time comfortably.
We offer a variety of sake and wine to complement the sushi.
We hope you will enjoy our Edomaezushi made with fresh seafood, including tuna from our trusted middleman at the Toyosu Market.
We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant near the Sumida River.
