The concept of this restaurant is Yakitori and Japanese wine.
The name of the shop, ‘Rigyo’, is a Buddhist word.
It is the act of ‘trying to help and benefit any person’.
We use mainly Kisaki Jidori chicken and pure Nagoya Cochin (breed of chicken),
Our restaurant has inherited the 58-year tradition of Roppongi Kushiyaki Gan-chan,
We aim to serve yakitori without being pedantic, but making the most of what we learn.
We always have wines from more than 400 wineries available so that you can taste Japanese wines from all over the country.
We always have around 15 types of Japanese wine by the glass.
