At this pop-up restaurant, we will be preparing a special course featuring the tastes of winter in Japan, with an abundance of delicacies from the mountains and the sea. We sincerely look forward to your reservations and visits.

FUSOU
"Fusou" is a legendary giant tree on the eastern sea. It is said that the sun rises from there and the island where the giant tree grows was called "Fuso-kuni".
The Fuso tree is spoken of as a tree of life from which the sun regenerates youthfully every morning, and we believe that this word seems to speak to the essence of the Japanese climate.
Japan is an island nation with forests covering most of its land.
The climate of Japan is circulated from the forests, which are rich in nature, to the rivers, and then to the sea.
In addition, the expressive flavors of the four seasons add color to the seasons and nurture the seasonal bounty of the time.
At FUSOU, we will entertain you with a feast that makes the most of Japanese seasonal ingredients and that can only be enjoyed here in the island nation of Japan.
