[Finished][11/9]Sushi Takeru × MINAKI Hard-to-find Sake Pairing Dinner

"Sushi Takeru", which inherits the techniques of the famous restaurants but has its own uniqueness, and luxury sake "MINAKI" will create the best experience for one night only.

Sushi Takeru opened in April 2022. The owner, Takeru Watanabe, is the next generation of sushi chefs, having worked in private dining rooms at the famous Ginza restaurants “Sushi Arai” and “Sushi Ryujiro”.

In addition, just six months after the release of its first vintage in 2022, the luxury sake MINAKI won the Trophy Award, the highest recognition it deserves, at the world's most prestigious IWC.
This unprecedented accomplishment has excited the sake industry, and many five-star hotels and famous restaurants with three Michelin stars have introduced the product.

On the day of the event, we will invite Mr. Kenji Minaki, representative of MINAKI, who will tell us the secret story of the development and his commitment to the project.

The two stories, both born in 2022 and both continuing to take on new challenges, will intermingle to create a special experience that can only be experienced here.

In addition, we will be serving all types of MINAKI sake, of which only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.
