The chef, who has studied at starred restaurants in Japan and abroad, offers delicate and original dishes that incorporate classic Italian regional cuisine with "Japanese culinary experience" and pizza baked in an authentic oven.

■Chef Masakazu Taira
After working at "ACCA" in Hiroo, he went to Italy and trained for 3 years at "La Tenda Rossa" in Florence (2 Michelin stars), "Sadler" in Milan (2 Michelin stars), and "Duomo" in Ragusa (2 Michelin stars).
After returning to Japan, he worked at "Ristrantino Barca" (currently TACUBO) in Hiroo and as a chef at "Boccondivino" in Mishuku.
In June 2012, he opened Don Bravo.
He was selected for Destination Restaurants 2022.
