Ushimatsu's signature course, which includes the famous filet cutlet sandwich and seared sukiyaki in addition to the specially selected tan moto and assorted selected parts.
This special course includes the culmination of Ushimatsu's specialties, such as the rare Wagyu Beef Harami Sashimi, Chateaubriand and Sirloin with Ishiyaki Rice, etc., which are not included in the regular menu.
