Authentic Italian cuisine and oven-baked steaks

"Kitashinchi Fukutatei / The Ukai” has been renewed as the culmination of Chef Ukai's efforts.

You can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine learned under the late Marchesi, Italy's first 3-star Michelin chef, as well as the exquisite specialty "oven-baked steak", the only steak in Japan to be selected as one of the "11 Best Steaks in the World" by the wealthy information magazine "ROBBREPORT".

Please spend a wonderful time with our sommelier-selected champagnes and wines.
