【Renewal as “The Ukai,” the culmination of Chef Ukai's efforts】
Authentic Italian cuisine and oven-baked steaks
"Kitashinchi Fukutatei / The Ukai” has been renewed as the culmination of Chef Ukai's efforts.
You can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine learned under the late Marchesi, Italy's first 3-star Michelin chef, as well as the exquisite specialty "oven-baked steak", the only steak in Japan to be selected as one of the "11 Best Steaks in the World" by the wealthy information magazine "ROBBREPORT".
Please spend a wonderful time with our sommelier-selected champagnes and wines.
We don't accept proxy reservations. If we find out, we may refuse your reservation.
Dress code: Smart Casual
(Please refrain from wearing light clothing such as T-shirts, half pants, sweatshirts, sandals, etc.)
Please refrain from wearing perfumes with strong scent.

If you are late or leave before the end of the course, we may not be able to provide you with a part of the course.
