■About the use of the restaurant
・There are only five seats at the counter. You may be asked to stand up when other customers pass behind your seat.
・Seating is limited to one hour at lunch time and one and a half hours at dinner time.
・Please note that we are unable to answer the phone during business hours.
・Children are not allowed to use the restaurant. Children must be able to eat the same meal as adults. Baby chairs are not provided. Reservations cannot be accepted from persons who may make noise. This restaurant is for adults.
・Please refrain from ordering a small amount of food.
・Please use Google Maps for access and directions to our restaurant. We cannot provide directions by phone. Please note that the restaurant is located in a busy area.
・If there is a possibility of a change in the number of people, please make a reservation when the number of people is confirmed.
・If you cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the reservation time on the day of the reservation, the reservation will be considered cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged (4,000 yen per person for lunch and 5,000 yen per person for dinner).
・Please make sure that the person with the reservation name comes to the restaurant.
・Please keep conversation to a minimum once the tonkatsu is served.
■About the menu
・We do not offer take-out service.
・This is a tonkatsu restaurant specializing in brand-name pork. Please use the restaurant only if you have an understanding of brand-name pork.
・We serve one piece of each brand that the owner leaves for you. Single loin cutlet and single fillet cutlet set menus are not available.
*Italian courses are no longer accepted.
■Noguci's omakase set meal: 4,500 yen (tax included)
(2 pieces of fillet + 2 pieces of loin + 2 pieces of shoulder loin + 1 piece of rib roast)
■Short omakase set meal: 4,000 yen (tax included)
(2 pieces of fillet + 1 piece of loin + 2 pieces of shoulder loin)
*You can choose your rice to finish any of the set menus.

*If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
*It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
