We are pleased to announce a special limited-time-only course meal utilizing ingredients from Hamamatsu and Enshu.
Chef Hasebe of Seirin and Chef Kawai of French collaborate to bring you a dish that makes the most of each other's unique flavors and “tastes the best! We will deliver dishes that we think are “the most delicious!
We have been thinking of ideas that we would like to try outside the boundaries of the Japanese cuisine, and we have given shape to them in this course.
