A counter-style restaurant by owner-chef Yoshiaki Ito of L'ARCHESTE in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, France.

While using classic French techniques, his cuisine makes the most of the unique and wonderful ingredients that come from a relationship of trust with the producers.
He uses firewood, charcoal, and straw in key places to provide richly expressive cuisine.

Chef de Cuisine is Akira Tagomori, who trained in France for two years from 2010, working with Chef Yoshiaki Ito during his training in France.
He also studied cooking at Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, Southern France.
In his previous position, he was the head chef at Hiramatsu Kodaiji in Kyoto for three years.
He was awarded a Michelin star in his first year.Trained at Larchesto in Paris the year before opening L’ÉTERRE.

Next to the seating area is a walk-in wine cellar that can hold over 2,000 bottles.
The wine list has about 400 wines, mainly from Burgundy.

Apart from the counter kitchen, a private space for 2-6 persons is also available.

*If you are more than 30 minutes late and cannot be contacted, your booking will be treated as cancelled and your seat will be given to someone else.
