This restaurant opened in Kitashinchi in 2019 as a sister restaurant of the one-star "Yakitori Ichimatsu" in Osaka.
In order to enjoy a whole Hinai Jidori chicken, the restaurant offers only a yakitori course using Hinai Jidori chicken.
Each piece of chicken is carefully grilled, paying attention to the position of the charcoal and the distance between the skewer and the meat, as well as the temperature inside the meat, which cannot be seen by the naked eye.
With the concept of "learning from the past," we challenge to create a new style of yakitori in the style of Taimatsu, while inheriting the Ichimatsu technique.
