This is a session with Chef Kashiwagi, who worked as a sous chef at a two Michelin-starred restaurant in Asakusa, studied under Minoru Hasegawa, and opened French restaurant broc in Shirokanedai, and Kobayakawa of Italian restaurant WAJO. (*The restaurant is currently closed for interior decoration)
(*The restaurant is currently closed while it is being renovated.) Please enjoy this session of senior and junior chefs, who were both born in Adachi Ward, to see how they can combine two incompatible base cuisines, Italian and French, into one course.
