“JunMugi” is a restaurant with an undisclosed address and by reservation only.
Owner Jun Yajima trained at the famous restaurant “Mendokoro Honda” and won a Michelin Bib Gourmand at the restaurant she founded as proprietress.
In April 2022, she went independent.
She established the one and only ramen kappo course cuisine genre, in which customers can enjoy shaved ice for dessert.
Since its opening, the restaurant has been covered by the media, and last year was invited by an American food producer to host an event in Atlanta as the crowned Ramen Queen of Japan.
The event was a great success, selling out about 400 seats.
He has received offers to open numerous events both domestically and internationally.
