Our popular Japanese cuisine event from last year will be held again this year.

At "unis" in Toranomon, I will be preparing Japanese cuisine under the name "siun".

The name "Siun" comes from reversing the letters of "unis" to get "siun."

"Siun" is considered a mystical phenomenon where gods descend.
While maintaining the concept of "unis," which represents "unison" and "unity," this event will be a new challenge where carefully selected ingredients are treated with simplicity, bringing out a new style of French-inspired Japanese cuisine that is uniquely my own Yakushijin's.

Please enjoy this one-of-a-kind cuisine created with a new sensibility, blending Japanese and French culinary essences.

We will be offering dishes made with ingredients sourced from wonderful producers.

■Information and requests regarding your visit to our restaurant
We have a waiting room, so you can wait 15 minutes before your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant, including the waiting area. Please note that there is no smoking area nearby.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to come to the restaurant. (Only private parties are permitted.) ・Please note that the dress code is smart casual.
We recommend smart casual dress code, and men are encouraged to wear jackets or collared shirts.
If you are late for the start of the party, the number of items may be reduced due to the simultaneous start of the party with visual effects.
Reservations must be made by the person making the reservation. If you wish to transfer or resell your seat, or visit the restaurant on behalf of someone else, please indicate so in the special instructions.
If you are more than 30 minutes late or 15 minutes late and we are unable to contact you for confirmation, we will cancel your reservation on the same day.
