The owner, Kensuke Senda, trained for 10 years at the famous yakitori restaurants "Satoyotei" and "Bidori" in Yokohama.
He uses "Kobe Takasaka Chicken," a rare chicken raised by Hideki Takasaka, a genius poultry farmer in Tanba, Hyogo, which is rare in the Kanto region and capable of maturing.
We serve rare ingredients that we procure ourselves with exquisite grilling skill, using both far and near heat depending on the ingredients and parts of the chicken.
The owner is also a certified wine sommelier and sake diploma holder. We have a wide selection of carefully selected wines, Japanese sake, and shochu. Wine pairings are also available upon request. Please do not hesitate to consult with us if you are not sure what to drink.
Our counter seating is designed to prevent smoke from billowing out, so it can be used for everyday use as well as for anniversaries and other special occasions.
