Tottori ingredients x wood-fired grill served by Chef Kensaku Mineo, who learnt the wood-fired grill technique under TACUBO Takubo.
The thick black Wagyu beef steak cooked in our wood-fired oven is grilled at once over a fierce fire, giving it a woody aroma and a crispy surface, allowing you to enjoy the blissful moment when the juices overflow from the meat as you take a bite.
You can choose from several cuts of meat and combine them with other à la carte items to customise your meal to your liking.
Enjoy to your heart's content with carefully selected champagnes and wines, mainly from France and Italy.
We can also accommodate same-day visits, so that we can meet customers' requests such as "I want to eat meat today!
