【Notice of Renewal and Reopening】

Thank you for your continued patronage.

Nishi-Azabu "DAL-MATTO",which was temporarily closed, will be renamed "P-MATTO" and reopen on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
DAL-MATTO owner chef Masato Hirai will serve as executive chef.

"P-MATTO" will be a restaurant where customers can order what they like and as much as they like.
We will be offering a "Flexible course", which will consist of a la carte dishes (about 6 finger foods, etc.) prepared by the chef, plus a separate a la carte order.
You can order your favorite appetizer, pasta, or main dish a la carte. (Minimum order of 4 items per person is required)

We hope that our customers can enjoy their favorite dishes to their heart's content along with their favorite drinks.
We look forward to serving you.

Chef Yamanaka will be going independent as "Luna e Gatto" in Shinsen-cho, Shibuya.
We look forward to serving you there as well.

*If you have extensive allergies or food allergies, your reservation will be cancelled and you may be subject to our cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please confirm your reservation in advance.
*Please make sure that the person who made the reservation comes to the restaurant. We do not accept substitutions or transfers of reservations in order to prevent problems.
*If you arrive late or leave the restaurant before the scheduled time, we may not be able to offer you a portion of your course.
*If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we may cancel it. Please understand this in advance.
*Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or eau de cologne. Please be sure to inform your companions.
*When taking photos, please be careful not to include other guests in the photo.

*Starting with an appetizer using Fujita Suisan tuna, a specialty of the restaurant, the chef will offer a selection of six finger foods and other dishes.
*Please order your favorite menu separately from among appetizers, pasta, and main dishes (approximate price: 1,320 yen to 2,750 yen) as a la carte.
*Please note that each group is required to order a minimum of 4 dishes x the number of persons in the group.
After the fifth dish, each person may order from a minimum of one serving of their favorite menu item.
*The price will be displayed as 13,200 yen (tax included)/person due to the cancellation policy in case of cancellation.
