Yoshiteru Maekawa
Studied under Yoshiteru Ikegawa at Torishiki in Meguro, Tokyo.
After studying at Torishiki, he worked as the owner of Tori-en, a branch of Torishiki in New York.
After returning to Japan, he opened "Hagurimizaka Maekawa" in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
From September 10 (Sat), we will be offering Yakitori bento.
Yakitori bento will be available for a month and a half until the grand opening of "Clam Hill Maekawa".
The lunchboxes will be available only on Saturdays.
Limited to 10 folds per day.
Reservations are required by the day before.
We also accept reservations by phone.
