Ms. Yumiko Tengeiji, a female vintner who has been attracting attention in Yamanashi, has set the theme of “real wine for the future”.
The two Osaka natives have joined forces under the theme of “high-quality, sustainable viticulture” by Masafumi Shimokawa, the winery's head of viticulture.
Their winery is located in Akeno, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in Japan, surrounded by mountains such as Mt.
