Wagyu beef, one of our specialties, is a part of Japanese culture.
We proudly serve Omi beef from "Sakaeya," a renowned butcher shop led by the meat
professional Mr. Yoshinobu Niiho. Omi beef, aged using his unique method, boasts a rich
flavor that intensifies with every bite, offering a truly delightful dining experience.
Fresh seasonal vegetables and eggs whisked like meringue further enhance the flavor of
the sukiyaki, making it a seasonal delicacy.
A waitress with experience at a long-established Michelin restaurant and a chef trained at a
two-star restaurant join forces to offer sukiyaki that carries on the traditions and flavors of
the famous restaurant.
The Sukiyaki is cooked right in front of you by the waiter, so you can enjoy the realistic
experience of the moment of cooking.
A blissful moment of Japanese gastronomic culture awaits you with our sumptuous
sukiyaki.

*A private room fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) per room will be charged in addition to the course and meal.
