The chef-patissière Mei Yokoishi from the Minoru Hasegawa Group Shirogane French restaurant Amandier will be opening a parfait pop-up store in the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower EXSTION restaurant, where Rou Hasegawa Minoru Lab is located.
Participants are invited to compare mini parfaits made from peaches, cherries and melons respectively.
