My name is Go Muroi, and I am opening a Japanese restaurant.
The name of the restaurant, "Ginza Kappou Muroi", which has been operated since my father's time, has been inherited, and we are now operating under the new name of "Kappou Muroi" in Nishi Azabu.
We value the "aroma" and "temperature" that Japanese cuisine produces, and we deliver our dishes to you at the moment they are freshly prepared.
