1. Open windows as much as possible.
2. Ventilation with powerful exhaust fans
3. Disinfection with rubbing alcohol when entering the restaurant
4. If you feel any physical discomfort or have any concerns about your visit, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will offer you another appointment.
5. If any of our customers or staff members become infected, we will immediately cease operations and take immediate action with the cooperation of all relevant departments.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the difficulty in getting through to us during business hours, and we are pleased to announce the introduction of online reservations.

Regarding the time of your visit
We will start serving dishes at the time of your reservation. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
If you arrive late, you will be served from the dish at the time of your arrival, and if you leave during the course, you will be served from the dish at the time of your departure.

Please note the following requests during your meal.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. Please refrain from smoking or leaving the table by telephone during the meal.
Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong fragrances while dining.

Allergies and food allergies
As our main dishes are game (game meat) and river fish, we cannot make any changes to these ingredients.
In addition, we are not able to accommodate changes in a wide range of ingredients, such as natural mushrooms or vegetables in the fall and winter, so please make reservations after confirming your preferences.
