2024.3.16 (Sat) With the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line between Kanazawa and Tsuruga, we will hold a collaboration event with Chef Coleman Griffin of the restaurant SOWER in Shiga Prefecture, with whom we have long been in contact.
*A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the people and communities affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
