Chinese restaurant "Koran" is run by Tomohiro Akiyama, who became independent after gaining experience at a famous Szechuan restaurant.
The chef values the spirit of "Learn from the old, know the new.”
He uses Szechuan spices based on the techniques he has learned from his many years of experience to create his own unique cuisine.
The restaurant is a relaxed space with 11 seats at the counter.
