Reservation rules

■Dietary restrictions / Allergies
*Customers with extensive or severe allergies may not be allowed to book due to the inevitable risk of cross-contamination. Please note that any costs incurred as a result of cancelled bookings will be borne by the customer.
*The restaurant is not suitable for guests with gluten allergies, celiac disease or other allergies.
*We reserve the right to cancel reservations if it is necessary to avoid miso, soy sauce or other ingredients.
*Please note that the restaurant reserves the right to refuse reservations in the event that extensive or severe allergies are noted at the time of booking.

■Arrival time
*Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

■Dress Code
*Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

■ Regarding Reservation Course
*If different individuals would like to reserve different courses, please make separate reservations.

■ Regarding Fragrance
*We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

■Birthday/Anniversary
*We can provide a decorated cut cake with a personalized message if you ask us in advance. The cost is 1,500 yen (Tax included) per piece.

■ Order Requests
*If you have any specific ingredients you would like to have, we can accommodate additional requests as part of the course.

■About the Second Floor Seats
*Depending on the date, the following options are available for reservations:
Second Floor Private Room (Private Room): Maximum 8 people
Second Floor Counter (Shared seating with other customers): Maximum 5 seats
(Please note that on the second floor, the sous-chef, not the head chef, will be providing the dishes.)

■About the Sushi Chef
*The upstairs seating will be served by another chef, not the head chef, Udatsu.

*Until January 31, 2025.
The head chef will be absent on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
On Wednesdays, the second chef will be serving dishes, and Sundays and holidays will be training days for young chefs.

*From February 1, 2025:
