After working abroad for 10 years to hone his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto, he finally opened his own restaurant in his hometown of Fukuoka.
The most distinctive feature of the restaurant is its crisp white rice with clear contours. We also purchase carefully selected fresh fish directly from Toyosu and serve each item at the appropriate temperature. We offer a wide selection of sake, mainly local sake from Kyushu, to suit our customers' tastes. We hope you will enjoy our simple yet deep and authentic Edomae Sushi.

We will guide you to our private parking lot if you arrive by car. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use the parking lot. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby parking lot.
