  • The venue you can enjoy special course is dining restaurant located inside MUWA NISEKO, cooks authentic Italian food over wood fire. This exquisite gourmet experience was produced by Daisuke Takubo, the owner and chef of "TACUBO", which has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for seven consecutive years since 2016. You can enjoy exquisite cuisine made with fresh seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido in a sophisticated space. Now, he will be showing off his skills at restaurant he produced himself.
Wagyu beef cooked over wood fire
  • We serve dishes made with seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, with a focus on Wagyu beef dishes grilled over a wood fire. The main dish is wood-grilled Tokachi herb beef fillet, personally cooked by Chef Takubo. He carefully selects the characteristics of each cut of meat and skillfully adjusts the heat of the fire, giving the surface a strong sear and a fragrant flavor, while cooking the inside moistly at just the right temperature. Please enjoy this exquisite dish, where the rich aroma of the wood fire brings out the natural flavor of the meat.
