From September 2024, under the culinary production of Yukai Hattori, the restaurant will restart under a new structure with a new chef.

In the chef's room with only 5 seats at the counter, we offer creative cuisine that is a fusion of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
We are a restaurant that seeks out the finest ingredients from all over Japan and goes directly to the producers to receive their thoughts on the ingredients and to fully experience the fusion and evolution of the ingredients.

Reservation rules

*The U.KAI course at 18:00 and the pasta course at 21:00 will both start at the same time. If you arrive late, your meal may start at that time.
*Please be sure to arrive at the restaurant 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.
*The number of reservations is limited to 2 groups of 2 persons or a private party of 4-5 persons.
*"Pasta Time” and ‘Pasta and Wine Time’ can only be reserved for a private party of 4-5 persons in the second rotation. Please contact the restaurant directly if you wish to make a reservation.
