In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, it has become difficult to even go out to eat as much as we would like.
I thought about what we can do in such a world.

The answer is nabe.
We took the bouillabaisse made by French restaurants and made it into a hot pot.
And I made it as easy as possible.
The ingredients are ready to be served right away.
Just pour the soup into the pot and heat it.
As soon as you smell the delicious aroma and the soup starts to boil, start adding the ingredients you like and enjoy.
At the end, you can use the leftover soup to make risotto-like rice porridge. (Please prepare the rice).
Finish with a generous amount of the included pecorino cheese.
