On August 7, 2025, Azabu kumasan will host a special collaboration dinner with "MINAKI," a highly acclaimed sake brand both domestically and internationally.
For one night only, MINAKI's full lineup will be specially offered, including the rare "Gokugen FORMULA.2 - Nama-zake -" of which only a few bottles remain at the brewery.
This is an exquisite pairing experience between Azabu kumasan, a truly unique establishment that reinterprets carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef into dishes by layering Japanese and Western essences, and MINAKI sake.
Enjoy a live culinary experience from the intimate 6-seat counter, focusing on precise heat control to create a "momentary wagyu dish and sake marriage" unlike any other.

MINAKI is a sake brand that pursues a taste suitable for "special moments." Just six months after its first release in 2022, it received the Trophy award at "IWC," the world's largest sake competition.
It is now offered in special spaces such as top restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide.
