atirom Lab vol.2
Kotaro Noda × Nanahiro Takahashi "Italian Meat Cuisine"

atirom Tokyo is pleased to announce "atirom Lab vol.2,"
a special two-day event featuring a collaboration between internationally experienced chefs and leading figures in the Japanese culinary scene.

This time, we welcome Chef Kotaro Noda, the first Japanese chef in Italy to earn two Michelin stars.
After returning to Japan, he also led "FARO" in Ginza to Michelin star recognition.
Although he has recently garnered attention for his delicate sustainable cuisine, which received a Michelin Green Star, he actually says that "Italian Meat Cuisine," his culinary roots, are what he has "always wanted to present as an event.

Supporting Chef Noda's vision is Chef Nanahiro Takahashi, renowned as the head chef of "Nanahiro."
Please take this opportunity to enjoy a special evening where meticulously refined techniques and delicate yet bold approaches intersect.

【atirom Tokyo Chef Nanahiro Takahashi】
Chef Takahashi began his restaurant career at Ogawaken, a long-established Western-style restaurant, where he studied the essence of Western cuisine for 8 years.
After that, at the young age of 30, he became the head chef at "Chinois" in Ginza, a sacred place for wine lovers, and after a 20-year career, he joined the "Ishikawa" group.
After working as head chef at "Restaurant Nanpei Dai" and "NK" in the same group, he has been in the same position since then. He has a thorough knowledge of Western, French, and Japanese cuisine, and has arrived at a new genre of "Tokyo Cuisine".
