Only 80 heads of “Murazawa beef,” which is said to be “fantastic Japanese beef,” are sold in the market each year.
Carefully selected A4-A5 grade sirloin is characterized by its beautiful marbling and fine, tender meat.
Enjoy the mild sweetness of the Murasawa beef in the special umami broth.

This suki-nabe is made of “Murasawa beef” characterized by its beautiful marbling and finely tender meat.
We carefully select A4-A5 grade high-quality sirloin of “fantastic Japanese beef”, of which only 80 head are sold in the market each year.
Enjoy it in an elegant special broth made from a combination of sweet and spicy warishita, bonito and kelp dashi, which enhances the mild sweetness of the original Murasawa beef.
