Two Michelin chefs, who have wowed gourmets around the world, will host a collaboration dinner that is the ultimate in deliciousness.
Chef Julien Royer of the three-Michelin starred ”Odette” restaurant from Singapore has been invited to join the two chefs, who both have a deep respect for ingredients born from nature, for an exquisite dinner.
The delicate cuisine, which combines fresh Japanese ingredients with a light touch of French DNA, is complemented by the Champagne of Telmont , a Champagne house that has been making Champagne in close contact with nature for four generations. The company continues to work on sustainable Champagne production based on the concept of craftsmanship.
