■ Stay Period
From Thursday, August 1, 2024, to Saturday, August 10, 2024, subject to the winner's availability and the facility's vacancy.

■ Application Period for the Lottery
From Friday, July 5, 2024, to Sunday, July 7, 2024.
*You may apply once every 24 hours. The more you apply, the higher your chances of winning.

■ Number of Winners
Up to 4 groups (8 people in total) will be invited for a complimentary 1-night stay with meals.

■ Announcement of Winners
From Tuesday, July 9, 2024, to Thursday, July 11, 2024.

■ Notification of Winning and Post-Win Procedures
① A winning email will be sent to the registered email address from our company between Tuesday, July 9, 2024, and Thursday, July 11, 2024.
※ If you have domain-specific email reception settings, please whitelist "@omakase-japan.co.jp" in advance.

② Follow the instructions in the winning email, fill in the required information, and reply.
※ We apologize, but if you do not reply within 24 hours of receiving the email, the winning right will be invalidated. Please note this in advance.
※ Our staff (including contractors) will confirm the receipt of the email via a phone call from the number ending in 4268.
※ Even if you have already replied, there may be some overlapping, so please understand in advance.
※ We may contact you outside of the above period, so please be aware.

③ After confirming the contents of your reply, we will send the password for identity verification and the contact information (email address) for the Banyan Tree Kyoto Higashiyama reception desk via email from Monday, July 22 onwards.

④ Once you receive the above email, please contact the Banyan Tree Kyoto Higashiyama reception desk directly by email to make your reservation.

■ Important Notes on Lottery Application, Winning, and Booking
* The announcement of the winner will be sent to the registered email address by our representative.
* There will be no notification for those who are not selected.
* Please refrain from applying or booking if you are an affiliate of the organizer. If such affiliates make a reservation, it may be declined.
* The right to win cannot be transferred or resold. The winner must be present in person.
* By applying, you agree to the disclosure of some of your user information to the organizer (Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto) as per Article 12 of the Terms of Use.

* This complimentary stay may change or be canceled without notice.
* This complimentary stay includes one night and two meals, but drinks during meals and in-room drinks (such as wine) are not included and are chargeable.
