Founded in 1967 in Hakata, “Tamura” is located in Haruyoshi, one of Fukuoka's most competitive districts.
The owner, Yoshihiko Tamura, has visited Korea on his own and has created a cuisine that expresses the taste and worldview of “medicine and food of the same origin,” attracting many visitors from outside the prefecture and abroad.
We are pleased to announce a special collaboration with Sushi Yoneshima, a restaurant that values tradition and originality.
The meat dishes from “Tamura” and sushi from “Sushi Yoneshima” will be served alternately, and the “ultimate meat sushi” will be served at the end.
The specialties of “Tamura”, "grilled tail with salt", will also be served.
A chivalrous feast of two master chefs with free ideas.
The gems are unique and one-of-a-kind.
