Delivery Chocolate

About "BRANCHÉ CHOCOLAT" BRANCHÉ CHOCOLAT is a luxury sweets brand that was launched with the idea of "spreading essentially good things.

The product to be launched this time, "Carre au Chocolat (#CarreChoco)," is a new type of sweet that is more moist and dense than terrine, but not as heavy as raw chocolate and smooth to the touch. It is designed to bring excitement to your mouth, surprise when you eat it, and joy when you share it. The distinctive "cube shape" makes it easy to photograph from any angle, and the shape is stylish and easy to eat.

About Chef Riku YakushigamiChef Yakushigami was instrumental in establishing Sugalabo, a restaurant in Kamiyacho, Tokyo, where reservations are hard to come by. In 2019, Chef Yakushigami will become the only Culinary Producer in Japan, and will continue to propose new ways of being a chef and food experiences based on the concept of "improving food literacy. In 2020, he will open "unis," a restaurant with only eight seats per day for special occasions, in Toranomon Hills. 〜The chef's thoughts on BRANCHÉ CHOCOLAT: "I believe that even though it is just one sweet, it has a lot to convey. Our commitment to BRANCHÉ CHOCOLAT is to actually travel to various parts of Japan, delve into the ingredients again, and meet the producers of the ingredients. By placing importance on the "attention to detail" of creating and the "enjoyment" of eating, we are able to create authentic products with a solid story. While going through a process of trial and error, such as considering more than 50 recipes for a single ingredient, and repeating trial productions and tasting sessions, I always want to keep searching for a special taste that everyone will love. You can enjoy the texture of the chocolates melting from a cold state, or let them come back to room temperature a little to enjoy the natural aroma of the ingredients. I want to deal with sweets without compromising on the contrast of textures as well as the surprising and beautiful appearance. I would like to carefully nurture "BRANCHÉ CHOCOLAT" together with the people of the producing regions and the people who enjoy it.
