Riku Toda, who learned the basics at ”Sushi Mizutan”i, trained in ”Kakigaracho Sugita”, and worked as the top disciple, has now returned triumphantly from Bangkok, where he became a master. At the sushi restaurant in Bangkok, he received recognition as the number one sushi master outside of Japan by OAD (Opinionated About Dining).
A new restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of November in Nishi-Azabu.Ahead of this, a limited time event will be held.
