This time, "Kousaikou" is a three-tiered stacked menu with an abundance of autumnal ingredients. Chestnuts, matsutake mushrooms, Lake Biwa's fantastic biwa trout, fresh salmon roe, and red sea bream are just a few of the seasonal ingredients that have been carefully selected.
