"80’s Table at apothéose"

apothéose A collaboration between Chef Keita Kitamura and chefs from the same era.
The combination of the uniqueness of the two chefs creates a new and surprising gastronomic experience.

- Vol.1 -
Vol.1 will feature Chef Fumio Yonezawa of the restaurant “No Code” in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo.
A one-of-a-kind collaborative dinner created by two chefs who are characterized by their free and creative expressions that are not bound by stereotypes.
To match the cuisine, the pairings were selected by apothéose chef-sommelier Bertrand Verdier, who has supported Kitamura since his days in Paris.

【 No Code - Chef Fumio Yonezawa 】
Chef Yonezawa moved to the U.S. in 2002 to become the first Japanese sous chef at the main restaurant of Jean-Georges in New York, a Michelin three-starred French restaurant.
After returning to Japan, he worked as a head chef at a number of famous restaurants in Japan before opening his own restaurant, No Code, in 2022.
