We are pleased to announce the opening of a Mexican pop-up restaurant "Nácar" at CHIUnE on the restaurant's regular closing day.
Brandon, who served as sous chef at the famous Mexican restaurant Pujol, meets the best Japanese ingredients at CHIUnE and creates Mexican fusion with sensitivity, accumulation, and technique.
We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.
