We offer Daifuku, which is made with seasonal products from Toyama, wrapped in a gentle sweet bean paste.
In order to enjoy the original taste of the ingredients, we do not use white sugar, but use selected seasonings. The key to the taste is the salty taste of our special rock salt. You can feel the depth of Yamazaki's exploration of Japanese cuisine through the delicate sweetness.
Although it is delivered frozen, it can also be enjoyed as ice cream when it is not completely defrosted at room temperature (the bean jam inside is cold).
We are planning to deliver chestnut Daifuku in October and Anno sweet potato Daifuku in November. (This is subject to change depending on availability.
