Perrier-Jouët, a prestigious Champagne house with over 200 years of history, is delighted to announce a special one-night-only collaboration dinner with the Italian restaurant "La Locanda."
The 8th-generation Cellar Master, Séverine Frerson, will personally visit Japan to join this exclusive event.

The dinner will be held in the "Ebisugawa-tei" room, a unique private space that was relocated from the historic residence of Denzaburo Fujita, built in 1908.
Enjoy an unforgettable evening as you gaze upon the beautiful Japanese garden from the Ebisugawa-tei, creating a special moment to remember.

Perrier-Jouët, established in 1811 in Épernay, is a renowned Champagne house.
At its inception, the house chose Chardonnay, a variety rarely used in Champagne at the time, as its signature grape.
In an era when sweet Champagne was the norm, the house released a dry Champagne, which quickly gained high praise for its elegant and refined taste.
In addition to its delicate and sophisticated finish, the motif of white Japanese anemones painted on the bottle by renowned Art Nouveau artist Émile Gallé symbolizes the eternal connection between art and nature, earning it the title "the artistic Champagne."
