Join us for a one-night-only wine dinner with Pol Roger, a prestigious Champagne house founded in 1849, accompanied by seasonal cuisine by est's Guillaume Bracaval.

Pol Roger is a family owned and operated Champagne house that produces highly refined Champagnes based on the philosophy of “elegance and grace”.
The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks without the use of wooden barrels in order to bring out the delicate flavors of the grapes, and they still maintain the handcrafted lumiage method.
The cellars are the deepest in Epernay, where the Champagne is slowly matured to produce the finest bubbly Champagne.
The quality of their wines has earned them international acclaim, including an appointment to the British Royal Warrant in 2004, a distinction that even attracted former British Prime Minister Churchill.
This time, Mr. Hubert de Billy, grandson of Pol Roger, will be invited to the wine dinner.
